San Rafael Fire Department

The San Rafael Fire Department provides fire and emergency medical services to the City of San Rafael, California.The San Rafael Fire Department serves an estimated population of 60,000 people with approximately 70 firefighting and emergency medical field personnel. The ISO Class 1 department responds to, on average, approximately 9000 emergency calls annually, with about 70% being emergency medical calls. 

San Rafael fire department has donated gear for every deployment ranging from expired medications and medical equipment, EKG monitors, turnouts, wildland PPE, rope rescue gear, station uniforms and more!

Tiburon Fire Department

Tiburon Fire Protection District is a combination department with 21 career safety employees, one clerical and one finance officer, 13 volunteer firefighters, and 6 trainee firefighters. Protecting the town of Tiburon and the city of Belvedere, California and the surrounding area, the Fire District’s boundaries represent a diverse community with responsibility for commercial, residential, wildland/urban interface, and parts of the San Francisco Bay to Angel Island State Park.  

Tiburon Fire has donated various expired medications for our 2017 deployment to Guatemala!

Linda

Linda is a Marinwood native. Her local fire station is Marinwoods station 58. After seeing the local paper’s article about a recent Firefighter’s Without Borders deployment, Linda wanted to know how she could support the efforts. Linda has been a major local contributor to every deployment since. We appreciate Linda’s loyalty and support during our deployment efforts and during the planning and set up of out non-profit.
